For dog owners

If you wish to have a screening radiograph grading for your dog, please order a grading via this link (click on GO TO GRADING SERVICES [AL1] on the upper beam) and fill out your information as well as the information of your dog.

Once you have saved the information, you will receive a link to credit card payment for payment of the grading and another link to send to your veterinarian. Your veterinarian fills out his or her information on the form and uploads the images via the link.

 

For veterinarians

  1. You will receive a link to the referral form from the dog owner. Fill out your information and upload the images in DICOM format together with possible other attachments. If you upload the wrong image by mistake, you can upload a new image on top of it. Remember to verify the dog’s ID number and check the ID as verified on the form. After this, click on save.
  2. Please follow the guidelines for taking images. Observe that only specific breeds can receive a grading for INC (link).
  3. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions, or if sending the images online fails for some reason. The easiest way to contact us is by email (tiedustelut@incoc.fi). Thank you for your co-operation!

HD+ED – 50.00€ (40,32€ + ALV 24.00%)
IDD (Intervertebral Disc Disease) – 37.20€ (30.00€ + ALV 24.00%)
INC (Elbow Joint Incongruency) – 25.00€ (20.16€ + AL 24.00%)
All gradings (HD, ED, OC, spine) – 105.40€ (85.00€ + ALV 24.00%)
OC (grading of Shoulder Osteochondrosis) – 25.00€ (20.16€ + AL 24.00%)
OC+HD+ED – 75.00€ (60.48€ + ALV 24.00%)
Spinal grading: LTV and SP – 37.20€ (30.00€ + ALV 24.00%)
Spinal grading VA, LTV and SP – 50.00€ (40.32€ + ALV 24.00%)
